Run the best your body can run…from start to finish
Whether you’re a new runner wanting to avoid injuries, a veteran runner looking to resolve chronic injuries or a runner striving for improved performance, the Runner’s Performance Program helps you achieve your personal running goals.
We’ll focus on key areas including your running history, biomechanical effectiveness and technique. Using video gait analysis, we evaluate your stride and foot placement for any inefficiencies, compensatory patterns and timing dysfunctions. We assess your posture, joint restrictions and muscle imbalances in strength and flexibility.
Findings are then correlated with your needs and goals to design a custom treatment or training strategy of functional strengthening exercises, running drills and stretches.
We also offer advice on appropriate running shoes and training.
