Meet Hilary

Hilary believes that physiotherapy can be preventative and not just reactive in nature. She loves working with women before or during the pregnancies to help avoid common post-partum concerns.

Since graduating from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, Hilary has continued her education through postgraduate courses in pelvic floor health, advanced manual therapy, acupuncture, Active Release Technique and K-Taping. She incorporates physiotherapy techniques, postural correction, functional exercise and education in her treatments with the goal of restoring function and preventing recurrence. Through a personal back injury, she has learnt the important of an individualized and holistic approach to treatment and uses such with her patients.

Hilary enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, whether you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, at work, playing sports, or during your day to day activities. With her advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, Hilary can treat many pelvic health conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, pre- and post-natal conditions, pelvic pain, and ano-rectal disorders.

Hilary truly feels that she is fulfilling her passion in her career and looks forward to getting you back to doing what you love!

Not only has she been successful academically, Hilary has represented Canada twice at the University World Games in curling. She continues to stay active through working out and yoga.
