Michelle brings to the table a high level of expertise, with over 10 years of experience in Physiotherapy. She is passionate about getting to the route of an injury, taking into consideration the patient as a whole. Having previously worked in Ontario and Manitoba under the mentorship of various well-respected Manual Therapy Physiotherapists and Instructors, she brings to the table a wide array of ideas, approaches and insight.
Michelle has always been intrigued by the complexities of the human body, anatomy, and movement related function and dysfunction. This interest, combined with Michelle’s involvement in fitness, weight-lifting and a variety of sports, made a career in physiotherapy a natural fit. Her desire is to work hand-in-hand with you and your own personal goals to not only decrease pain, but help you return to your desired level of function (whatever that means to you!).
As a Military spouse of 13 years, she is an ardent supporter and an advocate for Military Families. Having worked in both Washington State and Washington D.C. at the Canadian Embassy with CAF families, she was awarded the Vice-Chief of Defense Staff commendation for her efforts.
