Meet Kerry

Kerry strongly believes in the importance of treating not only the injury but also its root cause. She focuses on a holistic approach using a combination of hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise and education. Her goal is to get her clients back to doing the activities they enjoy with the right tools to sustain recovery and prevent re-injury.

In addition to competing as a high level soccer and volleyball athlete and having a passion for running, Kerry is an avid Flames fan. Working with the varsity men's hockey teams as an athletic therapist and through her own personal experience she has developed a keen interest in concussions. Her postgraduate training is in concussion assessment and management and Kerry plans to continue research in this field.

In addition to New Trends in the Prevention of Running Injuries certification from The Running Clinic, Kerry is certified in contemporary medical acupuncture and is continuing her education in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Keen to approach all injuries holistically she is also a certified Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and she has found this is often a missing link. She is trained to treat pelvic health conditions including incontinence, over active bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre-and post-natal conditions.
