Keith’s passion for physiotherapy stems from his participation in numerous sports and having sustained injuries himself. Through his experience, he has gained an understanding of the difficulty an injury can place on an individual’s quality of life. Keith believes that through a proper rehabilitation program, not only will clients reach their goals, but will have the knowledge and understanding to help prevent the injury from happening again.
Keith originates from Nova Scotia, but the excitement of the mountains brought him to Calgary. He is unfortunately a die-hard Oilers fan and plays hockey as much as possible. When he’s not on the ice he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, camping, playing squash, and softball.
Since graduating from Dalhousie University with his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy, Keith has certification to perform functional dry needling, traditional acupuncture, and has taken numerous manual and manipulative therapy courses. Through his experience and diverse treatment approaches, he individualizes his treatment plans ensuring his clients reach their goals.
