Whether you’re a new runner wanting to avoid injuries, a veteran runner looking to resolve chronic injuries or a runner striving for improved performance, the Fit for Running analysis can help you achieve your unique running goals.

The program focuses on key areas including biomechanical effectiveness and technique – we evaluate stride and foot placement and analyze muscle strength, flexibility and footwear. We then use the analysis findings to design a specific treatment or training strategy that involves functional strengthening exercises, running drills and stretches. We also offer advice on appropriate running shoes and training.
