Run three-to-four times a week. Rotate routes (from incline to flat, sidewalk to grass) to keep it interesting and avoid over-use injuries. For more advice about running, talk to a physiotherapist or have a video gait analysis.

WCB Provider

THE Downtown Sports Clinics are contracted by the Workman's Compensation Board to assess and treat workers who get injured on the job. Following a work related injury, our physiotherapists assess and provide specific treatments to promote healing of tissue and functionally strengthen the worker so that they can return to the work force.
