Ergonomics: My Computer Hates My Body - What to do?

Barbara Ward's presentation will give you ergonomic principles that will make your time at the computer healthier and more comfortable. You will learn what ergonomics is and why it's important. The Running Room
Michelle Pratt and Andrea Kosa have done stretching, walk/run strength and flexibility mini education sessions with the Running Room. Andrea's was stretching and injury prevention. Michelle's was similar with a strengthening component.
