    Learn how to natural process of ageing really affects our body, why it leaves us more vulnerable to injury and what we need to do to keep ourselves active, and able to enjoy our sporting activities as we get older.

    The Running Room
    Michelle Pratt and Andrea Kosa have done stretching, walk/run strength and flexibility mini education sessions with the Running Room. Andrea's was stretching and injury prevention. Michelle's was similar with a strengthening component.
