Kristen Grovue – BScPT, MCPTA, IMS, Pelvic Floor Practitioner

kristenKristen graduated from the University of Alberta Physiotherapy program in 1991. She passed her Intermediate Exam in Manual Therapy in 1997 and received her Gunn IMS certification in 2005. She believes that a combination of physical therapy techniques, home exercises, and a comprehensive understanding of the impact of an injury on an individual’s daily activities is the key to success in managing and treating an injury.

Kristen started with the clinics in 1995 and continued until 1999. Between 1999 and 2005, she became a busy mother of two and worked in clinics in Lethbridge and Cochrane.

Kristen enjoys cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling, yoga and dance.
